Leila was never one for sleep. She was walking along in the forest and sang softly to herself. Her braid was all messy, and she looked...regular, but she love exploring.

Via storms into her room and claims the bed closet to the window with the best view.

Ella chooses the bed in the other corner, that is near the bathroom.

George carefully selects a bed, on the side of the room, next to the biggest window with the best view.

Via sets up her little corner of the room.

Crystal walks in the dorm, and chooses the bed near the window. she was closer to the gardens that way.

Jack sauntered into the boys dorm and flopped onto a random bed, not caring which was his

Via finishes setting up her corner and flops on her bed.

crystal looked at the girl across from her (via) and decided to make at least one friend. she padded over and sat on the edge of the bed. “I’m crystal.” she said, sounding very unladylike

“I’m Via.” Via replies.

crystal smiled. “I like that name. enjoy the dance?”

“yeah, except I’m a terrible dancer.” Via laughs. “did you have fun?”

crystal laughs. “I guess, I wasn’t very present during the whole thing, and I’d scraped my knee just before it”

“ouch.” Via says. “if it makes you feel any better, I shattered a champagne glass then slid into someone on the spilled champagne.”

crystal laughed, rocking backwards and flopping on the edge of the bed. “so, next in line?”

Scarlett walked into the room, and threw herself onto the bed. She turned to crystal and via who were talking, “so what’cha talking about?” she asked, as she opened her journal to battlepoints and strategies.

Cal somersaulted onto his bed, he rubbed his head because it hit the bed frame.

“I dunno” Via says.

crystal turned “just making small talk. care to join? I’m crystal”

Via opened the large cage besides her bed and pulled out her pet bunny.

crystal gasped, delighted “a rabbit!”

Via pets her bunny.

“I only ever see wild rabbits, but occasionally I can convince them to come closer by speaking to them” she said this as if it were a totally normal princess thing

“that’s really cool. This is Maisie by the way.” Via introduces Crystal to her bunny.

“sure, I’ll join.” Scarlett flipped her book shut and walked towards them. “Scarlett, Scarlett Red.” she said introducing herself, she moved towards the bunny, “awH, it’s so cute.” she said as she stroked its head.

“well hello Maisie” she said with a smile. “we never had pets, except for birds of paradise that were only for display. I was caught playing with them and the next day they were all gone.” she slumped “amstervania is too ‘ethereal’ for regular kingdom things, like war and animals”

“nice to meet you scarlet, I’m crystal. next in line?”

Leila was outside and she sang out

“back at home, my family has many pets. Maisie the only pet that’s truly mine so I was allowed to bring her here with me.” Via says.

“that’s really nice” crystal said. she looked at Scarlett’s book “what are these drawings?”

Via set Maisie down in her bed and allowed her to run around.

Ella petted her cat that she'd let out when she arrived, and had only returned now.

George stared at the ceiling as he lay on his bed.

Via watched Maisie run around her bed.

Ella's cat, Merlin, eyed Via's rabbit dangerously.

Via didn’t notice Ella’s cat.

“time to go back in the cage Maisie.” Via puts Maisie back in her cage.

Merlin relaxes and purrs loudly, and Ella smiles and pets him.

“they aren’t technically drawings, there battle plans. Our kingdom barely goes into battle, but our alliances go into battles, so I give them some battle plans.” Scarlett opened her book to a specific battle plan, “That’s my favorite,”

Via leaves the dorms and heads to the cafeteria.

Crystal yawned and flopped on her bed upside down, so she could lay in the moonlight

crystal soundlessly left the dorm through the window and ran barefoot in her nightdress to the trees.

Matt shook Jack’s hand.

jack smiled “and you are?” Crystal ran to a sturdy willow that overlooked the lake. she saw the mermaids playing in the moonlight, and wished her life was that simple. she relaxed in a crook of the trunk.
