“Gee thanks,” Ten laughs as he sits down. “You don’t have to be here if you don’t want to.”
tegan shrugs, “i have nothing better to do.”
“Makes sense, doesn’t really seem like you have a lot of friends,” TeN she is

tegan frowns. “i have friends!” she says defensively
“Mhm” Ten says laughing.
tegan rolled her eyes
“You’re pretty defensive for such a introverted person,” Ten says drinking water
tegan shoots him a look. “well you don’t know me well. maybe there’s a reason i’m like this.”
“Why?” Ten asks
tegan frowns, “i don’t think you need to know.”
“Sorry if I made you upset, didn’t mean to, and I don’t have to know. I like the very mysterious you,” Ten smiles
tegan looks at ten and doesn’t say anything. “so how bout you?”
“I guess I don’t want to share mine too,” Ten smiles then he quickly drinks his water
tegan rolled her eyes, “okay i can handle one of me but not two.”
“Fine Fine,” Ten says. “I guess I’ll just tell you. Basically my mom left me when I was a kid. I never had a dad in general. So I grew up by myself. Happy?”
tegan flinched, that was so close to her own childhood
“Are you alright?” Ten asks
tegan nodded and bit her lip. “yeah.”
“You don’t seem like it,” Ten says
tegan glares at ten. “don’t accuse me of not looking alright.”
“Fine,” Ten says
“f i n e.” Tegan shoots back
“Gee, you’re so tense,” Ten says
tegan rolled her eyes and draws on her jeans. “yep i don’t belong at this camp so.”
“Why? Cuz you don’t have love?” Ten asks

tegan shakes her head. “because i don’t accept it. that grey kid tried kissing me and i rejected it.”
“What why? I mean you rejected it why? Well I am not very surprised by still.”
tegan shrugged, “he was okay looking but he didn’t ask for my permission he just thought i was open to kissing him.”

“Oh, well then you should’ve lightened up, it was just a game. I mean I bet you’ve kissed SOMEONE before,” Ten smiles
tegan thinks about it. “nope.”
Ten coughs a bit. “Oh, no wonder. Stark, trust me, it’s fun and be a little more open next time.”
tegan ties her hair up, “i doubt i’m missing out on anything. it’s not like kissing is the best thing that can happen.”
“Eh, is it? Jkjk, you’re right, but have some more fun in life,” Ten says

tegan just shrugs
“Look at you right now Stark, with a stone cold expression when I try to give you quality advice. S M I L E,” Ten laughs
tegan looks at ten and gives a sarcastic smile. “well let me know when you actually give me quality advice.” she then stops and tucks her head into her arms. “i hate this. i hate me.”
“Don’t hate yourself. And also, I am giving good advice because I’m not the one sitting there and saying I hate myself,” Ten says sipping his tea.
tegan flicks him off. “you just know your stuff don’t you? what’s next therapy?”
“I don’t know, um lets see, how about a mediation class,” Ten says
tegan scoffs and rolls her eyes. “i feel like kissing would be a lot easier than sitting here and listen to you telling me what to do with my life.”
THEN MWAH.
“Then go kiss someone,” Ten shrugs.
“like who, everyone’s a player anyone.” tegan muttered, looking up at the ceiling and counting the tiles.
“I don’t know you choose this whole diner is full of nice guys and girls,” Ten says
tegan groans and rubs her eyes cause sleepy and exhausted girl. “i don’t know. i’m too mean.”
“Hurry up and choose anyone,” Ten says
CHOOSE TEN. MWAH.
tegan sighs and looks around. “i don’t know. how about you go? teach me how it’s done if you really know how to get someone. ‘choose anyone’” she mocks with a smug smile.
“Hm okay,” Ten says. He walked over to a random girl, kissed her and came back. He slid into the booth next to her. “Your turn to choose.”

“I never need permission to do anything,” Ten smiles. He then grabs his backpack, leaves $20 and leaves the diner
