I used to have meltdowns all the time when I was younger! my family and I just thought I was a dramatic kid but even this week I had a mini meltdown in math :P I’m pretty quiet when this happens but I still freeze up when people confront me when I’m having a melt down, it’s getting better though! and thankfully, the meltdowns don’t last long :D
