i really want Blue, Purple, Green, Blue with Purple, hot pink with black or just rainbow hair !

but my mom keeps changing her mind about letting me so i probably won't do it until i turn 18!

i dyed my hair once, purple ombre tips.. it washed out pretty quickly though, but I wanna dye it the same again.. also this is really pretty ☁️

okay. I will have two layers. the top is jet black, while the bottom is neon green, so the color underneath would be seen with my movement. it's actually pretty cool. and this edit is awesome.
