😂😂😆😆So I opted out of 400 (because it's right before the relay and I wanna do good st that)a nd now am doing 100 (sprint 100 meters) and 200 (half full track 200 meters) and probably the 4x1 relay (fastest runners in their weight group. I'm the only one in 95, so he moved me to 115 [two weight groups higher😱] In replacement of Kayla since she had shin splints. If she's better by tomorrow, she'll do the relay. But she wants me to do the relay even if she's better. And it's when a person passes on a baton thingy majigger after running 100m and four people do that to have a 400 meters total.) and my coach wants me to do 1600m (four times around track) *what to do?!* Sorry it's long!!
