and yeah, I was really overwhelmed on the bus to the trip today. The whole bus was singing and usually it's fun and like a party bus but we were in a really busy place and there was snow and ice all over the roads. I couldn't see the barrier of the bridge we were on and at one point we drove over a river. my worst nightmares have always been about drowning in a lake in a car...

so I just put afraid of falling and recited things, I recited my internet friends names and just kept repeating it saying-they'll tell me not to worry and it'll be okay. Idk why but that helps me a lot
