So what we've been saying is that we're letting tension build before our first kiss, the reality is that it's still a bit too early for both of us, but that's what we've been saying, that we're letting the tension build. And the last couple days I've seen this internal struggle in him, like he really wants to kiss me but it still feels too soon, but he still kinda wants to. OKAY SO

We were hanging out in the study at his parents house like we usually do, and we were cuddling on the couch, and it was nice, and then he starts tickling me and I'm trying to escape, and we end up sitting on the floor. So I'm sitting with my back to the couch and he's sitting in front of me, and I'm holding onto his wrists because he's gonna try to tickle me again, but instead he leans in real close, and I still think he's just trying to make me let my guard down enough so he can tickle me more, but instead he touches his nose to mine, and he holds it there for like ten seconds! And I'm thinking wow, this is sooner than I expected but I'm definitely not against this, and he says, "We can't let the tension build too long" and I'm like, oh my gosh, this is really happening, he's really about to kiss me! And I let my guard down and for a second I really believe it's about to happen. But instead he pulls his face away from me and starts tickling me again. He doesn't KISS me, he BETRAYS me!!! And then we were both laughing so hard and I'm telling him that was really mean (but it was hilarious and I'm laughing too)

But afterwards he was telling me that he's really happy his first kiss is going to be with me, and no matter if we stay together or not that will always be something really special, and it was really sweet and I feel the same way
