Backstory: I did this for a school project in my graphic design class, but you see I'm also in Drawing. So I'm drawing in the studio art room, right? I look up bulletin board (because I'm drawing a lot of leaves which is boring), and I see this horse made entirely out of poorly photoshopped peanut butter Jiff containers labeled "The World's Best Peanut Butter Horse" in comic sans. The horse that was used as a base is clearly sticking out under some parts of the peanut butter containers, some of the containers are stretched weirdly to fit it's shape...it's just really, really mediocre Photoshopping. So I thought 'Ok, there must be some reason that this is hanging in the art room.' I ask my teacher what the context of this image is. Turns out there is none. This one kid in my grade (let's call him Ben) is just really lively and anything he does is luck of the draw. Turns out he just handed that to the art teachers one day, and as I looked at it I thought: "I can do better than that - in fact I can do WAY better than that!" Except when I sat down to make it I realized that it would be kind of rude to directly challenge the 'world's best peanut butter horse' of an acquaintance of mine. I worked on it for about two 4 hour stretches, the last of which ended after midnight. I had ~20 different sets of layers, each set with 8-20 layers in it. Each layer had one image of jam/jelly. Thus this beauty that you now behold:
this is great I love
