cara walked into the hall and sat on a chair near the front of the room. she took out her notebook and gulped.
cara, naturally, rolled her eyes at trent’s expression.
Skylar went to Zeus table. Her arms and legs still ached from the earlier battle, and she was starving. She just finished with her new arrows, and was going to train after lunch.
Jessica:*grabs an apple and sandwich and chews on both*
Azule: *walked over to cara with trent* hey I’m Azule new to Poseidon cabin just though I’d let you know// trent: hey I trent *smirks*// azule: *pushes him backwards* and that my idiotic brother Trent he’s in Hephaestus cabin
“you’re brother.. and sister? how’s that possible..” she was puzzled.
Skylar started to eat her salad, and drink her smoothie. She wondered where her place would be as a child of Zeus, and where Nebula’s place would be. She was new after all, and hadn’t even spent a full day at camp.

Jessica:*finishes eating and talking to her half siblings about hunting and the moon*
Skylar took some of her lunch, and dumped it into the fire, “Zeus,” she muttered.
Lauren:*flips a new book she had gotten earlier called “How to deal with a deep wound” she had never been great at reading she was dyslexic*

Skylar finished her lunch, and went to the training arena. She grabbed her knives and threw them at a board.

Lauren:*talks to her half siblings about healing earlier that day Lauren’s power had grown weak and need to rest to bring it back up*
Skylar went to grab her double sided knife from her cabin. She got this as a gift from her father, but she didn’t use it often. She thought it was a good time to train with it with Kronos coming again.
Jessica:*takes out a brand new case of axes to throw it was a gift from her father from home after all her birthday was next week*
She threw the knife at the target. It needed some sharpening, and she need some practice, but Skylar loved the weapon. She looked over towards the border, and there was a few monsters, “Not again...”
She sees Angie, “Angie! There are some monsters at the border. It seems to be only five though,”
Skylar smiles slyly, and took out her bow. She ran up to one did and did an aerial breakfall as it swung a sword over her head
She turned around and stabbed it with a knife
“Thanks Angie,” she said with a small smile.

Skylar saw a monster trying to jump on Angie, “Above you!” she yelled
Jessica:*sharpens her new axes when she finds a note from her father*
“I think so,” Skylar said with a smile.
Jessica:* reads the note and smiles*

Skylar shook her head, “You were watching us, and you didn’t bother to help?!”
Lauren:*wakes up from her nap*
“Boys,” Skylar shook her head, and laughed.
Skylar gathers all of her arrows and knives. “We really need to get that border fixed,” she sighed
Jessica:*packs her new axes and runs to her cabin to show her siblings*
Skylar nodded, “So what are you planning to do for the rest of the day?”

“Yeah, that’s a good idea,” Skylar said, sitting down in the middle of the field. Then something hit her, “What ever happened to the Golden Fleece?” she said out loud to herself.

Skylar started playing with her four bead necklace;soon to have five. She realized that the fleece disappeared from Thalia’s Pine too, “Angie...someone stole the fleece which was keeping the Pine alive!”
“Hey Dorothy,” Skylar smiled, trying to stay calm, “Have you been claimed yet?”

cara looked at the dragon Peleus and smiled. her eyes then went wide. the fleece. it’s.. gone. “SKYLAR!!” she ran, despite the directions lauren had given her. her leg had felt better, anywho.
Skylar turned back to Angie, “About a year before I came to Camp, the tree was poisoned. They used a thing called the Golden Fleece to heal it, but I think that’s gone missing too!”

“Cara!! The fleece! It’s missing,” Skylar said, “We need to fine it, more and more monsters are coming each hour,”
cara “i know.. i know.” she sheathed her sword, “skylar. pull the alerts. tell chiron. meet me back here in two minutes.” her eyes flashed a stormy grey. they were messing with her home. she wouldn’t let anyone destroy it, again.

“it’ll be fine,” she got her armor on, “stay back. we’ll need you.. for the quest.” cara had decided so far she chose celesta and Angie. they were fierce fighters.
Skylar ran to pull all of the alarms, and to tell Chiron. She had a feeling a quest was going to be place to find the fleece. “Alright, I told Chiron and pulled the alarms,” she said.
cara nodded, “suit up. immediately.” she pulled her hair back into a messy bun, and put her helmet on. “i have a feeling this is going get messy.”
(Ayo, guys! I'm back. Im the one who roleplays as Nebula btw.) Nebula: *sits at the Zeus table, fiddling with a ring that has a lightning bolt pattern around it.*

Skylar put on her armor, and stacked her quiver with arrows. She took her sharpened double sided knife, and her regular throwing knives with her as well. She put her helmet over her bun, “Let’s do this,”
Lauren:*walks out of her cabin bored*

cara looked up at the sky, “don’t let me mess this up.” she walked forward, into the woods, not turning back.

Jessica:*walks out of her cabin with two axes on her back*
Skylar sent a quick prayer to Zeus, and went forwards, bow raised. She knew they had to find the fleece soon.
cara spotted a group of.. giants? they had the same features, yet they were small. “i’ve got the giants,” she whispered, “look for others.” she creeped behind them.
Jessica:*walks to Thalia’s tree to find it even more damaged*How?
(wait, whats happening? I'm so confused.) Nebula: *stands up, and her ring suddenly turns into her scythe*
Lauren:*walks around campus looking for Cara*
Skylar found a group of cyclops and a Minotaur. She send lighting towards them all, so they would be weak, then shot them with arrows so they would disappear. The Minotaur charged at Skylar. She did and aerial breakfall to dodge it’s attacks before stabbing it with her double sided knife. Iy disappeared.
*The sirens flashed meaning everyone must return to their cabins*
Jessica:*runs her finger through new dents*
Lauren:*hears the sirens and runs to her cabin*

Skylar screamed as another monster came, and left a huge gash across her backs

(Yup! So basically more monsters keep coming because Thalia’s Pine is dying, and the Fleece was stolen)
She couldn’t stand all the way up, but she refused to stop fighting. A bunch of hèllhounds came towards her, and she sloppily stabbed them with her double sided knife
Jessica:*gives up and climbs up a tree and throws a couple axes at some hounds*
After taking care of the hounds, Skylar limped to Apollo’s Cabin.

“Cut by Minotaur,” Skylar said, breathing heavily
cara attacked the monsters and they grew, approximately, 35 feet. great, she was alone now, so she forward rolled and slashed three, then four, then two more. only her and the leader remained. he slashed and she dodged, hitting him in his breastplate, and willed lightning to weaken him. he collapsed, and she slashed him to dust.
Lauren:Alrighty*helps Skylar inside to a bench and puts on gloves*
Lauren:Hey...Is Cara in her cabin?
Nebula: *runs into a héllhound* *her ring turns not her scythe* HYA! *she yells, as she swings her scythe through the hound*
cara sighed and walked back to camp, slashing two hydras on the way. she had many bruises and cuts, but that was normal, and she made her way to the Apollo cabin, to check on the others.
cara knocked, “hey sky, you good?” she looked at lauren. “i think we both expected i wouldn’t last two whole days.”
“No. She was in the battle,” Skylar said, regaining her breath.
Nebula: *walks back to her cabin, not noticing a small little héllhound following her*
“Yeah, I’m good,” she said, “Did we get them all?”
Lauren:Cara!!!
cara rolled her eyes. “i’m fine. my leg healed. okay? chill. seriously.” she walked over to skylar, “now what really matters is that you’re okay.”
“all of them. i got all of the giants too.”
Lauren:Cara the skin isn’t fully healed*she looks down at her leg which drew a little blood*
Nebula: *makes a stop at the Apollo cabin to see if she needed any healing, still not noticing the small hellhound following her*
“That’s good,” Skylar said, standing up, “I’m good,” she said, “Have you met the new girl yet?”
Lauren:Hey Rebecca can you help me?*Rebecca heals Skylar fully*
“no, i haven’t. and lauren, it’s blood. it’s fine, okay?”
“I’m pretty sure I got all the cyclops too,” she added
Lauren:Fine But Don’t say I didn’t warn you...
Jessica:*she spots a figure in a black hood running with an Axe*
“has anyone seen angie?” cara eyes go wide, “the hydra. i’ll be back..” she ran off into the woods.
Jessica:Hey Who are you?*she yells*
Skylar stood fully up, “Hey...where’s Angie?”
Nebula: *peeks in the door of the Apollo cabin* hello?
Lauren:Hey.*she says as she gets up*
Nebula: Hi. I'm new here.
“Thanks Lauren and Rebecca. I’m going to find Angie now, and get cleaned up,” Skylar said, running out the door with her weapons and armor.
Lauren:Yea What is the problem?

Nebula: I was fighting a héllhound, and I god cut pretty badly. *still doesn't notice the little héllhound that seemingly had been following her*
cara found angie and knelt down. she feeds her ambrosia and nectar, hoping she’ll wake up, then she can take her to the Apollo cabin.

Skylar’s back still ached, but she ran to find Angie on top of rocks.
“hey angie.. you got hurt. we’ll take you to the apollo cabin, alright?”
Jessica:*the figure turns around*Owen?!?
Jessica:*ties him up in a rope and drags him back to campus*
“if not, i’ll carry you. don’t worry. i did it to my brother all the time..” she trailed off, her voice cracking. her brother died in battle when they’d fought kronos the first time. she hadn’t been the same since.
Skylar helps lift her, and helps her to Apollo cabin.
“that’s fine. we need to focus on getting you better though.”
celesta came back from the woods after fighting a bunch of scorpions. she wasn't hurt but Se was tired and sweaty. she saw all the other campers and rushed over
Lauren:*opens the door and sees Skylar and Angie*

“Lauren, Angie needs some help,” Skylar said softly.

Lauren:*nods and walks to Angie and starts to heal her*
cara nodded, and blinked back tears. “make sure she’s alright.. i’ll be back.” cara ran back to her cabin and washed her face. thinking of Will, her brother, made her so frustrated because he didn’t deserve.. to dié. it made her want to get kronos more then ever. she had to do this.. for will.
Lauren:*in the middle of the process she faints she had used to much of her power*

Skylar looked down at the floor. Will was her half-brother, not her full brother, but she still felt upset by the thought of him dying.
celesta ran over and caught Lauren

cara sighed and brought out her notebook. will had only been 13 when he diéd, he didn’t deserve it. before he passed cara had been a bright, bubbly, happy kid. after, she was sullen, and only really talked nice to skylar.
celesta gently laid Lauren down on the table and looked at her, patiently waiting for her to revive
cara had a plan. a good one. kronos was expected to be here in two weeks if they were lucky, and would hit the empire state building. then camp half blood, and then new rome. she couldn’t let that happen.
Lauren:*coughs and wakes up*
celesta looked up at angie: yeah. she use soo much power it knocked her out but she'll come to soon

she didn't help her because she wanted angie to know she thought she could do it. but Se was there is she needed extra support
Lauren:*walks back to her cabin wobbly*
After dropping Angie off at Apollo Cabin, Skylar went back to her cabin, took a shower, and changed. Cabin 1 seemed different now with Nebula moving in. Her legs, arms, and back all ached, but she didn’t really care. She knew that they had to find the fleece soon.
Jessica:*walks down with Owen to the big house to tell Chiron*
Jessica:He did it!*she yells in front of Chiron she tosses him to the floor*
Skylar put her hair back into a bun, and went to talk to Chiron about the fleece.
Jessica:He dented the tree!*her face flushes red she felt angry so many innocent people had been hurt*
She saw Jessica, “Who’s that?” she asked

Jessica:Freakin Owen he is a first year in the Artemis cabin..*crosses her arms*
She turned to Chiron, “We need to get the fleece back. Can we please speak to the oracle? Without the fleece, we have no chance to win the war,” she says.
Skylar raised her eyebrows, partially confused, “Why did you do that?” she asked.
Jessica:He told me he is a spy...
“So he must know where the fleece is, right?”
celesta ended back in her cabin. she was going on yet another quest and she was scared
“And he must know the other person.”
Jessica:Yup..*to Owen* You better start talking..
Skylar glared at him while he sat there in silence.
Owen:Yes...I took the fleece..
“Okay,” Skylar said, trying not to yell, “Then where is it?” She asked him with an icy glare.
Owen:Lord Kronos has it.
“Chiron? What should we do with the boy?” Skylar asked
They talked to Chiron, and he decided to lock him up for further investigation.
Jessica:I better get back to hunting bye Skylar.
cara joined skylar. she whispers, “are they going to send you on a quest!?”
“Bye” Skylar said. She looked at her necklace, now with five beads. “Five years here, and it was destroyed once. I’m not letting it be destroyed again,” she murmured to herself. What was her place? How would they get the fleece or protect the borders? How will they beat Kronos? What are the six destined to do? Those questions were racing through her head. She wanted someone to talk to. Someone to get her mind off of this. She missed the old things they used to do at camp. Capture the Flag was definitely her favorite. She missed that, all of it.
Skylar saw Cara, “I’m not sure yet to be honest...” she said
“Kronos has the fleece after all, but if we need it if we even have a chance of beating the Titans,”
cara nodded and sighed. “well tonight’s capture the flag, let’s let loose and have some fun.” she smiled.
Skylar smiled, “Yeah, I think we really need it,”

Skylar was excited for capture the flag, and looked forwards to it. She didn’t know if there was going to be a quest to find the Fleece, but Chiron hinted at it. Skylar decided to go to the training area to practice some parkour
She got on the salmon ladder, and started moving the bar up. Then she decided to go for a run.
Ace felt that capture the flag would be a good day. She walked around the camp, and saw some new kids.
Skylar saw Angie and Dorothy. She waved to them, “Hey guys!”
Ace walked up to Dorothy. “Hey, you new here?” Ace asked gently. She knew newcomers wouldn’t like the camp at first, since it would feel strange.
“Hey! You guys excited for Capture the Flag? Can’t wait to test so,e new skills on people” Ace said excitedly

Ace saw Cara and just ignored her, she muttered under her breath. She didn’t want to go on a quest with her, but it wasn’t her decision, She knew many fights would happen along the way.
Skylar smiled, “Yeah, I’m excited. I haven’t played it in so long.”
“Chill, it’s where you can use your weapons and hurt other players JUST DONT KILL THEM. You capture the other teams flag, it’s not that violent but very fun.” Ace smiles at her.
“Yeah, it’ll be fun to exercise my new skills on people.” Ace smiled lightly.
Skylar laughs before continuing with her run.
“Wow, never seen a child of Hades so happy. Welll there’s a first time for everything.” Ace was surprised that a child of Hades was so open. Ace wondered about the boy Owen, she wondered if he was okay.
“Hey Angie, what happened to the boy Owen?” Ace tried not to look so concerned.
Jessica:*sits by the beach*
She takes a drink of water before stopping at a bench, and sitting down. The only thing on her mind right now was the fleece.
cara looks at ace. “look, we have different views, fine. but you have no right to criticize me based on my views. have you seen me saying anything about you? i was injured. i’m not even supposed to be walking right now but i am. you have no right to come in here and criticize me, because you, have no idea what being a half blood truly is.” she walks off, not looking back.

Skylar thought she would be done with training for today, so she heads back to Zeus cabin, and takes a shower. She gets dressed in a Camp Half-Blood shirt, and a pair of athletic shorts. She put her bow and knives away, but kept the double sided one with her. She slipped back on her converse, and went outside to enjoy the weather.
“5 years for your information, and yes you think I didn’t know it was your leg. I’m not dumb.” Ace said angrily.

“Dorthy just shush.” Ace ran back to her cabin, she wanted to smack Caras head with-a baton to set her straight.
Skylar sits near the campfire polishing her knife from Zeus. Her hair was down contrary to a bun, and she was reading a book.

“well i’ve been here seven, lost a brother, lost so many of my half siblings, lost more then any mortal can compare.” tears stung her eyes, but she kept her eyes locked on ace.
Lauren:*she holds her book to her chest*
“I’ve lost my brother In a fire invaded by monsters, and why do you think the Poisiden cabin is so empty? Your comparing yourself to my dangers, but if you ever stop to think for at least a minute, you’ll understand how much pain and losss I’ve had too.”
Ace wanted to slap her right then, but she knew that Chiron would get her suspended.
Lauren:*she starts to get angry at the fighting but stays silent she was always so shy*
lightning flashed in caras eyes. “my brother..” she choked, “died.. in front of me. killed by a swarm of monsters. i’m not trying to compare. i’m trying to make you.. understand.. why i am the way i am. after one last look at ace, she ran off to the beach, tears streaming down her face.”

Skylar saw Cara crying, and ran after her, “Cara...what’s wrong?” Skylar asked embracing her.
“You want me to understand you. How can I understand you when you can’t understand me? I can’t be here right now.” Ace ran off trying her best not to cry. He eyelids were heavy with tears but she forced them back. She didn’t want to be with Cara, only if she understood what she had been through.
“some people know how to hit the soft spot. i’m fine. i just need some time.. alone.”

Skylar knew that Cara was not fine, but she knew that it was best to leave her alone, “Well I’ll be here for you okay?” she asked, walking off. She started to have flashbacks of the war. She remembered how full Zeus cabin used to be, and now how empty it is.
“Cara needs to grab a hold of herself, she thinks about herself only” Ace sputtered these words out, while wiping her eyes.
cara turned and sighed. she’d never told anyone about what had happened to her before camp half-blood. she’d run away from home, at age 9, because her step father abušed her mother and her. she ran into countless monsters. that wasn’t it, though. she’d been to the underworld and back. she had died, but hades brought her back. for what reason, she had no idea. she felt like her whole life was a mistake. she’d found camp half-blood while she was stumbling upon the shore. she re found her brother, who had been there when she died but didn’t know she’d come back.
Jessica:Ace please answer!
“JESSICA GET THE HECK OUTTTA MY CABIN, GO AND HALP CADA, SHES THE INE WHO EVERYONE CARES ABOUT. JUST GO” Ace got out of the bathroom and pushed Jessica out, leaving her outside on the floor. Ace closed the cabin door, before exhaling.

“Well I don’t need anyone!” Ace shuts the cabin door on her.

Skylar went back to her cabin, and started breathing really hard. Sometimes she wished she could run away from all of her problems. They weren’t even that bad compared to everyone else’s, but she had really bad anxiety. Being in Zeus’ Cabin didn’t help it just brought back bad memories.

On top of everything, she now had these scarring memories flooding back into her head. Lovely. She tried to walk around a little bit, but it didn’t help. She wanted to comfort Cara, but she knew that she just needed time alone. She wanted to comfort Ace, but she knew she would just shut her out. Her heart rate increased. She couldn’t get the fleece without a quest, and without the fleece, the camp was unguarded. With the camp unguarded, Kronos was going to strike. Skylar just felt so helpless.
cara flew off towards new rome, in california. she needed advice. and she knew exactly who to ask.
(so i’m going to sort of fast track, cara comes back two days later but i’m going to say she comes back now if you know what i mean😂)
Jessica:*she looked at the date it was the anniversary of the fire that had killed her step mother,Erica her Sister,And Alice her older sister. Her father was still alive but has cancer she knew he wasn’t going to live for much longer.*

cara was turning 17 in approximately 3 and a half days. she needed to prove everyone wrong who doubted her. she needed to be the half blood her brother didn’t get to be. she needed to make the zeus cabin proud. and she wouldn’t walk away without fulfilling them.
