Also pole vaulting is where you have a pole and use the pole to vault over a bar onto a mat. It’s super duper fun! I know that I did a really bad job of explaining it so you can just look up what pole vaulting is and watch a video or two if you’re still confused! I’ll remix some pictures and that might help!

I don’t go that high yet, my best is only 7 feet but it’s so fun!

It’s a little difficult because it’s similar to doing a pull-up, but it just takes practice and eventually you get better at it!
