we all need some alone time and ik i for one probably (since i hardly ever do) shouldn’t be qualified to be giving u this advice but talking always helps and i’m always here for u. i do know first hand that even small almost insignificant things can build up, and then flood out of control... i promise im not here to judge and i’m always here to talk no matter how big or small💕
