i feel like time is speeding up more and more everyday for some reason prom wasnt what i was expected at all and there were so many people there but it still felt weird and lonely

and I get that. I’m worried that’s how I’ll feel on my wedding. but I’ll have tristin so it’s not lonely, just the two of us against the world ig. I hope you find someone be it a best friend or lover who can be that person for you. it’s hard to find joy in things when everything is a constant stream of stress and ruins your enjoyment of stuff that’s supposed to be memorable but really only hurts. I know Tristin and I ditched the military ball because he couldn’t stand being judged by my old friends. Instead we went to his house and I can’t remember much of the night so maybe I got drunk idk. the bigger things usually are more disappointing so I like to find joy in small things that others think are childish, like little pencil toppers from the coin machines or eating candy, watching something nostalgic, etc. everybody has some little thing that perks them up when to other people it seems silly. if you have something like that just take it and f’n run with it. for me it is stuffed animals for some reason. I can’t adopt more pets to mother so I like to collect fake pets lm ao.
