OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! EEEKK
1) Song writing usually comes easy to me when I have an overpowering emotion such as sadness, anger, love or happiness! so my first song, (I wrote it in 1st grade so it was a whileeeee ago) was about bullies. I had just moved from Florida to a new state and there were actually bullies! they made me feel bad so I wrote a song about it and sang it for the talent show.
2) When I was in 6th grade and I had to go to a new school with out my BFF by my side, I wrote another memorable song, it was about change and anxiety. what was I going to do it life? will I be successful? things change. those were literally lyrics in my song. I only remember a few since it was REALLY long ago...
3) Try to get more friends and don’t be fearless and eventually, you won’t have stage fright! I remember when I was in middle school (I don’t remember which year) I told my history teacher about an upcoming audition that I have with a local theatre and it was a singing part so she made me preform in front of the class! I was filled with anxiety!!! but I powered through it because more of these people were my friends and heard me sing before and afterward, people in the class that weren’t my friends started talking to me and telling me how good I did! so DO NOT be nervous!!!
4) DO NOT feel hopeless!!!!! I had some downs in my career too!!! it’s ok!!! get back up on it feet and move on! I remember in 6th grade, I was so weird and I lost my voice after my first real theater audition and my voice afterwards got tired easily and didn’t sound as good but here I am still singing my heart out and doing just fine!!! I remember my mom though me wanting to sing in first grade was weird but I stood up to her and showed her I really did like it and she supported me and eventually got me a voice teacher and that voice teacher helped me unlock amazing things about that I didn’t know!!! SO DO NOT GIVE UP KEEP GOING AND DONT LOOK BACK AND CRINGE LOOK BACK AND SMILE
BACK AND SMILE*
