I've made sticker packs two different ways. One by drawing the other by animating pictures.

1. If you are drawing it. I suggest sketching your ideas out on paper first.

2. Pick a good drawing app like Sketchbook Pro or something. Unfortunately, the version of sketchbook I use is no longer available on the app store so you'll have to test out some alternatives.

3. Retrace them and color them. If you could find a sketch app that allows your drawing background to be transparent it will save you a lot of trouble.

4. Make your drawings transparent. There are a lot of apps for this. However, unfortunately a lot of them are not very good. Make sure the edges are perfect. PC only selects "good" near perfect looking stickers.

5. Find a image resizing app and make sure that the largest side of each sticker is no more than 400px.
