huh how to break out of a habit... for me distractions help but it’s a very temporary solution

I tend to touch my face a lot and you know oily fingers cause acne. I actually use makeup to avoid touching my face. People usually say wearing too much makeup clogs your pores but I believe if you remove it well, there won’t be any breakouts.
