(sorry I didn't see this) but there are two possible reasons that could lead to that conclusion. I'm not saying that it could happen, but it's quite possible: 1). Donald trump's vice presidential candidate Mike Pence is vouching for LGBT conversion therapy which can be toxic to LGBT youth and people. it can cause suicide rates to get higher because of the emotional damage it causes to gay and trans people. 2.) Donald trump is in favour of repealing obamacare which has helped save many lives and is one of the ways we are working towards better healthcare. if he repeals it, we won't have government provided healthcare, and I don't exactly trust Donald to give something better in its place because as he has proven before, he has no plans for anything.

oh and WWIII is highly unlikely, but given the fact that Donald can't handle foreign relations very well, tensions could rise between America and foreign countries causing our reputation to sink in the global community. this may not be life threatening, but remember, Donald Trump is the same man who can get frustrated over a tweet. I wouldn't trust him near our nuclear weapon codes.
