Carter stood next to Meredith,
Lexie walked in, taking a deep breathe, nervous for her first day of high school. she was a freshman.
milo walks in, twirling his hat on his finger. he was in tenth grade, and he grinned at the tiny freshman’s.
Carter watched a girl walk in, “Hey!” he yelled.

Lexie turned to the voice, nervous but ready. “hey,” she said, waving as her curledhair bounced on her
shoulders.

“hi, I’m carter! I’m in tenth!” he flashed a grin at her.
Lexie smiled, “I’m Lexie, in ninth.” she liked his enthusiasm, and was happy that the older kids weren’t
oblivious.

“we’ll check the school around, just stay near the front, you don’t want to go near the back.. you’ll um get lost” Carter said quickly.

Meghan steps in. “Hello?” She says as her voice echos. “Hold On am I in the wrong school?” she looks down at her phone.

Blakely walked quietly, but confidently into her new school. She was new to the state after she was placed here by child services. She wasn’t expecting to make many friends, after all, she looked like she was going to murder someone even though she was actually pretty sweet...ish.
“oh okay. I’m Meghan.” Meg says looking up at Meredith.

“I’m Meredith and so far this place seems like a WERID school” Meredith said straight out
Meredith spotted Blakey, “let’s go meet some new people, after,al we!re all in the same school” Meredith said. “hey!” she shouted at Blakey
“You can say that again.” Meg laughs and sits down at a nearby table.
Lexie walks to her dorm (um idk what to make her do so roll with it ig) and sets down her things, then
FaceTimes her brother, Tommy.
Blakely jerked her head up, “Oh Hey!” she shouted back, losing her normal demeanor.
“I’m Meredith! what about you? you seem.. cool” she said smiling.

Meghan does a weird wave and walks off to a corner with her sketch book her family was obsessed with art she could barely think about her family as she draws a thick line.
milo walks up to the group of girls and sits down. “girls,” he says, pulling out his earbuds.
“Yeah...” Blakely said, not bothering to say anything else about Northbound. It was one weird town and her Uncle was no doubt plotting his revenged. She clutched her skateboard close to her body, “That’s fun.” Blakely said. “Is this your first year?”
Jackson walks around with a camera.
“actually no. I’m in ninth and I came here for eighth” she said shrugging

Carter watched as sage shut her hair into her locker, “well good luck with that” he said chuckling
