how to: sleep better! • 📱 before you go to sleep, don't get on your phone because it tricks your brain into staying awake longer. instead, you could read your bible or play with your dogs. • 🍴 don't go to bed with an empty belly because the discomfort will keep you awake. • 🌙 stick to a sleep schedule. don't go to bed at a different time every night because your body won't understand when to get tired. go to bed at the same time every night so your body knows when to shut down • 👕 make sure you are comfortable when you sleep. put on some fuzzy socks and nice pajamas! also make sure you have enough pillows and blankets. • ☕️ don't have tea, coffee, or anything caffeinated after 5pm. have these drinks in the morning because if you drink it before bed it keeps your brain awake and prevents you from going into a deep sleep. • 💕 hope this helps! • 👟 qotd- what is your favorite type of shoe / shoe brand • 💁🏼 aotd- i wear my chacos during the summer and my doc martins during the winter!
