Dylan walks further into the darkness, abandoning her dead flashlight a while back. she uses her phone light until that dies. she finds a door, marked “Old books.” and decides to open it. she slides in and turns in the bulb overhead, feeling relief already. she looks around and it takes a moment but she realizes. this is the room where they keep the original stories.

Mercy lifts her up but ‘accidentally’ pushes her all the way in the vent instead of just her arm

Collin tilted his head “Parker...?”

Parker looked at him, “yeah?”

a faint smile played at his lips “how long have you been wanting to do that?”

She thought about it, “probably since the day I met you.”

Dylan gapes at the intricate designs on the covers of the books. she murmurs every title as she reads it.

“aah!” picket lights completely on fire the smoke filling the room that i’m assuming collin is in.

Dylan observes though, that the only one missing is snow whites story. she looks around for it, before a smell hits her. like someone who put on way to much cologne. she grins and turns around slowly. “Hello father.” she says.

Collin blushes and rubbed the back of his neck “really?! why..”

Mercy laughed then flew in front of her. she could become a shadow. “what this? this is nothing” she said showing off

Parker stood up and waited for Collin before she walked out.

the hatter grins. “I came to visit. how are you? fitting in fine?” He asks. Dylan mocks him. “Fitting in fine?” she says. “why do you care now? you didn’t care the last 7 years of my life.” she shrugs. the hatter frowns. “I’m trying to fix that. we can go out for tea...or do something else...” he offers. “No thanks. there’s nothing to fix between us. you made your choice.” dylan says.

Collin quickly followed still coughing

Parker had a cough attack and walked out. “what the heck was that?”

Collin shrugged “no clue”

Parker skipped awkwardly in the hall, curious as to why all the stuff were happening in the school.

the hatter sighs and Dylan holds out her hand. “The book dad. I need it back. if it gets taken, i will be screwed. why do you even have it?” she asks, turning away as he hands it back. “some light reading while I waited.” he shrugs, and just like that, he’s walking off to god only knows where. “He’s mad alright.” dylan mutters, putting the book back on its shelf.

anya wiggles out of the vent just as the school sprinkler system was set off, “haha bingoooo!”

Mercy grinned “rain rain-“ she started singing

anya takes mercy’s hand and dances around with her.

Dylan decides that since no one’s in the room, and no one honestly cares about whatever she’s doing, she’s not quite brave enough to leave yet.

Parker laughed at the sprinklers

she sits down with a book in her hand and opens it, being careful not to damage it.

Mercy continues singing and laughs

Parker laughed at Collin. “You’re all wet!”

Dylan feels oddly safe in her secluded room.

anya laughs along too her eyes lighting up, “mission accomplished!”

“that was so much fun! oh I’m mercy by the way”

Collin shook out his hair “whoops..”

and then she decides to leave. the moment she steps out the door, with the darkness, and remains smoke and water raining down, she regrets it. she starts walking towards the hall she thinks she came from.

Parker smiled and playfully pushed him.

Collin smirked and pushed her back into the pond on accident

Dylan walks through the smoky, rainy halls until she sees sunlight coming through the window of a door. she peeks out and sees it’s the grounds. she wiggles the handle and it opens, and she runs out of the darkness.

Parker stood up in the pond and laughed. “oh you are going to pay!”

Collin ran away “nooooo!”

anya giggles, “oh that’s right we didn’t even know eachother’s names. i’m anya.”

“nice to meet you anya” she over exaggerates bow

Parker chased him, rapped her hands around his waist and flew. She dropped him in the pond.

Dylan finds a book abandoned under a tree, and takes it, sitting there, letting her hair dry out.

she glances up at Collin and Parker at the pond, waves a little, decides better of it, then goes back to Her book.

Parker smiled at Dylan.

Collin screamed as he fell into the pond. when he got out he waved and smiled at Dylan

anya rolls her eyes, “you’re the most entertaining person i’ve met so far.”

Dylan decides to now be interested in her book. its actually kind of good.

“Hey Dylan!!” PArKeR yElLEd, “help me torture Collin!”

“I’m good.” dylan calls, barely looking up.

“why thank you” she grins. “you must’ve not met very exciting people then” she laughed

“Okay then.” she shrugged.

Parker pushes Collin back into the pond

“well i did in fact meet the daughter of a woman i hate very much and all i did was chase her down a hall,” anya rolls her eyes at the memory.

Collin grabs her wrist and pulls her in too

“aCk.” she screamed

“you can do so much better than that. I already know” she nods her head in disapproval

Dylan gets up and walks off to find a quiet spot, rolling her eyes when they can’t see her.

Collin spits out a mouth full of water. “this place is gross” he made a face

“yes it is...” she gagged at the green looking water.

Collin started to climb out

Dylan finds a quest tree and pulls the book back outs

Parker followed

“exactly! she wouldn’t even let me exact my revenge by killing her,” she shakes her head.
