actually it is. Roe v. Wade is the law that give women the right to have an abortion.

YES IT IS if it were not a legal law it wouldn't be a law. It does not infringe upon the rights of UNBORN FUTURE children, plus forbidding abortion would infringe upon rights of tons of women who have abortion for other reasons.
