ok, a quick bit of research tells me that she was a lady in a big family that all worked in theatre. her brothers, sisters, and cousins all had some hand in Shakespeare's work be it music, set design, acting, or stage crew. the girl herself was described as 'dark' or sometimes 'black' because her family was Jewish and was also believed to be of Moroccan descent. she was a published poet and owned a school, but she didn't write anything that was credited to Shakespeare's name. she died in poverty because she had a fallout with her rich husband a few years before she died.
