okay so tomorrow I need to go on a plane and it's nearly 4am and I had a panic attack because I'm really terrified the plane might crash and I'm so scared and confused and my heart's beating really fast and I don't wanna go on the plane

I feel that way when I fly too. when I feel that way I usually listen to music/watch YouTube to try to forget what is going to happen (happy music stay away from mcr) and try not to think about it planes have been made safe so they won't crash that probably is bad advice sry I'm not good at advice
