hey girl! so I know you don't know me but I just want you to know that you are not alone in this! I have been depressed before just for a little bit and I know that it is absolutely the most awful feeling. but I prayed to Jesus everyday to help me and he did! I was terrified at the thought of suicide even though I knew I wouldn't do it. but trust me when I say that Jesus can help you through this! Psalm 34:17-20 says “The LORD hears good people when they cry out to him, and he saves them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those whose spirits have been crushed. People who do what is right may have many problems, but the LORD will solve them all. He will protect their very bones; not one of them will be broken.” ‭that verse has been a crutch to me through the hardest of times. please I beg you to be strong, not only for your family and friends but for you. because you are more important than you could ever imagine.

also I listened to the song "break of day" by tenth avenue north a LOT. I don't mean to bug or irritate you. I really just want to help because I know what that feeling is like.

you may not believe in Jesus I don't know but I swear to you that he is bigger than your sadness and he can and will help you if you just ask.
