I was 12 smoking and cutting and drinking I'm now 14,I inly stopped 2months ago but I still get suicide thoughts😔😔😔😔😔 but I suppose age don't matter,any one can feel bad

it's good you have stopped those addictions I used to smoke still do sometimes and often cut but please try and be strong I'd love to help you be happier ❤️

how do you say to your parents I need to see a therapist I have a note but I can't tell them becauseI'm a worthless baby.

my advise would be to leave it somewhere they will see it go out with friends or just go out and leave it come back and they will most likely read it

I have a question. What do you do when you feel your lowest of low?, and I don't mean cut or smoke or drink. I mean the deep stuff. What does your mind think and do, how does your body react? Do you do anything that's... wholesome? For instance, do you draw or write or read or maybe play online games or get active. I don't know... this is a weird question, sorry...
