Iâm pretty sure Pic Collage is âviewingâ it to make sure itâs appropriate before it is posted.
I was told that it means that it could mean that the collage has a swear word/curse or inappropriate things. However itâs very very strict
i think that PC isnât sure if it is appropriate or not becuase thereâs some bad things that were posted. if theyâre not sure they put they until they are sure. most of the time it doesnât go away.
