for your constructive criticism I would say you're great overall! But one thing you can do to improve is add shadows to your collages. for instance, you could put a shadow png behind the flowers to make the hand appear to be behind and have more depth than a 2d look. it also gives the piece more contrast (contrast makes things more interesting to look at according to my 7th grade art teacher, but what does she know if she teaches middle school art lol) !!! :)
