what helped me was imagining kissing girls/boys, and if I wasn't repulsed by it then I was most likely attracted to that gender.

if you've had feelings for both genders take note of how long the feelings last. If you find that with, let's say girls, your feelings last longer and are more powerful than that's a for sure. Just take note of how you react to different people with your likings. I hope this helped ☺️
