I'd like to help... but I've never actually been in that situation before. #foreveralone If he is a generally kind person, and if he knows your name or you've met before, then I think it would be totally fine to just go up to him and say: "Hey, I think you're a really cool guy, and I'd hate to loose touch over the summer. Would you like to hand out sometime?" This is what I'd want someone to say to me if they liked me, but then again, I'm a really straight forward person who appreciates when people are straight forward with me. If you're more on the shy side, what I just suggested is probably scaring you, so you could always write it in a note. It may also be a good idea to mention this is the last day of school to him if you talk to him so he will know why you're saying something sudden now. My advice isn't the best because I've never had this happen to me before, but if I were in the situation, that's what I'd want someone to do to me.
