I'm giving u this to help btw. never tho I am not suicdle like u sure (this is Josh) I still get really stressed out sometimes and depressed the comments I list below really help me maybe the will help u

so 1. I ind that making my self a nice drink helps like lemonade in the Sumer or hot chocolate in the winter

2. chocolate. when u eat chocolate chemicals go into your brain and make u happy especially flake we always have a bar of chocolate in our rooms it helps with depression

3. I quite like to sit on the roof and play music or my cello we live in a tiny place there is only mine and kitties family here (we all moved to Scotland out of those flats ) but my cello is so loud sometime the come over from the town to here and even kittie comes out and and plays her flute plus they have given us a name of the rooftop couple
