Yooo I finally got the referral for a psychiatrist so soon I’ll fill out the paperwork and get one. And then!!! I can try meds for my spontaneous rage/panic attacks/anxiety attacks!1!!1! I’ve been very lonely and anxious lately. Anyways DOWNLOAD ANTISTRESS APP it’s two dollars and I was on it for 2 hours last night during an anxiety attack. I get to a point where I’m rocking, digging my nails in, breathing hard & wanting to cover my ears because of noise sensitivity. Tristin wouldn’t wake up and nothing was helping so I bought the app and it’s so helpful. My urges have increased but im visiting home in two weeks so I’m tryna stay strong. Tomorrow we’re going to some hot springs with Tristin’s flight and my friend Keke so that’ll be stressful with so many new people. But the night terrors are gone rn for the past two nights with only nightmares. So that’s a blessing, but also I wake up during the night and can’t sleep for two hours 🥴 you take what you can get
