YOUR NOT FAT AT ALL GURL! I also need to tell you something. (I already had to send this to someone else because she was feeling upset lol) well, you obviously think that your ugly, fat, etc. Which YOU THINK are your flaws. Since you are too obsessed with not being "fat", that's what you think everyone else sees. you think everyone sees you as "fat" because you think your fat! You see, if you stress about your flaws TOO much, you start to think that's all people can see! But that's NOT all that people can see. I'm sure everybody here has a different story to tell you about your body! Does this make sense?
stop calling yourself fat! you are beautiful. don't let what people say effect the way you live your life! you are incredible
talk to a counsellor for your depression because it'll just get worse
and also read "Lies Young Women Believe" by Nancy Leigh Demoss and Dannah Gresh
you'll be amazed at the lies you believe about yourself.
