so on monday we were spilt up into groups of six to cover two songs, write and record one song, and create an album cover and my group actually works together really well,, ok so there’s our singer who is REALLY talented and nice and he has this jazzy vocal style thing which is cool, the bassist is into a lot of my chemical romance and older punk bands but somehow her playing style,,, works with our band’s sound?? she’s kind of my best friend at the camp and she followed me on ultimate guitar yesterday which is cool

our drummer is so freaking GOOD and so is our keyboardist,,, they’re also really great to work with when we were writing our original song, and the other guitarist kind of doesn’t know what he’s doing half the time but he’s really funny and is learning very quickly lol. anyway so for our two covers we’re doing 21 guns by green day and stray cat strut (which i get to play electric on!!!!! which is the coolest thing!!!!) and they don’t sound bad ?? which is pretty cool and we started our original today and it’s coming along well and im finally having a good time in life!!! sometimes i think i don’t deserve it but whatever im having fun!!!!!!!!!
