re:// so I would take an aesthetic background (the theme of the contest was pink) and then using PicsArt, I would use the brush tool and add the sparkles or bubbles or whichever I feel the need to use, then I would put the ripped paper png over it (in the corners or the top or whatever) and save it to my library. then I would apply the dictionary entry thing (or you know, the words that say dream, breathe other stuff idk). obviously the words are only supposed to stay on the paper, so I take that picture I saved earlier (without the words) and crop it out, leaving the paper parts off. then I would just place it on top of the edit with the words on it, and it covers the words that are not on the paper
