how did you make that?

well I get 8 pictures of a celebrity, put them in a layout that I like, save it, then blur the whole thing by double tapping, hitting effects and then finding where it says "blur", then I search on the web, for instance, "Taylor swift ping" I find one I like, then bring it back to effects, and go to draw, choose any colour, and cover it with that colour. Then you take some of that persons song lyrics or quotes and write them on top of the png! I really hope that helps/makes sense!!
