Cole sat in the bus drivers seat and had flashbacks to the dead body laying there before. he shivered as chills went down his spine. “okay let’s do this.” he whispered to himself quietly.

Bianca moved into josh’s seat. “Do you remember her? she was on the trip right?” she asks.

“Yikes” cole said in a whisper.

Sailor woke up once cole hit the brakes and sat up confused. She wished this whole thing was a dream. “what happened to her” sailor said not realizing that was a little rude. “oh oops didn’t mean it like that sorry” she whispered.

taya shrugs. “I woke up in the woods. I ate berries. I fought a bear and a squirrel. I slept in trees. I may have a small cut on my back.” she says, shrugging.

Sailor realized what happened and rushed over to the ripped and scratched first aid kit and pulled out cleaning alcohol and several big band-aids.

taya looks at those. “Hey now. that’s gonna sting.” she says, pointing to the cleaning alcohol.

Bianca was too confused. “I’m sorry, what’s your name again?” she asks taya.

“alright cole go ahead” sailor said. “nice to meet you taya.” Sailor said. She is a year older and hadn’t ever seen her before.

taya grits her teeth to keep from yelling out when the cleaning alcohol hits her gash. “AUGH. that stings so much.” she says quietly. “Nice to meet you too.” she says to sailor.

taya looked around the bus. “wow. you guys really fixed it up.” she says.

Bianca blinked. was this the girl who’s hair was always on point. BeCuAsE it was a mess. “Taya. wow. I’m sorry about fighting a bear.” she says.

“yeah” sailor said.

“that’s legendary” cole said laughing though he shouldn’t have.

taya smiles. “Thanks! you should have seen the cut I gave him.” she Laughs. “Kidding. she was protecting a cub that followed me.” she shrugs. “It was self defense. now the squirrel on the other hand. he would not let me have that acorn.”

Sailor just laughed and said “Yeah those squirrels really like their acorns” she said laughing

“yeah i would know” cole said. “I was hunting them earlier” he said laughing.

taya nodded. “Your telling me.” once she’s all bandaged, she takes her one backpack and sits in a seat. “Are we going back? finally?”

Cole went and sat back down on the bus seat and started to drive again but driving a little shaky.

Bianca opened the roof emergency exit, and stuck her head out, standing on two seats. “it’s so pretty around us!” she comments.

taya slept, something she needed desperately. she also needed a shower and a fresh pair of clothes.

Cole kept driving and wondered when they would reach the freeway to the city. He loved the city and nature but also just needed to get out of here cause of the trauma that effected him. He stared off into the distance driving. Stiff at a rock.

liv laid back in her seat and looked out the window. she was glad they were going home.

Bianca hopped down. she sat next to josh. “We are going home!” she cheered. “I can take a shower!” she Laughs.

Cole couldn’t wait to hug his mom. He was a moma’s boy 😂

taya shrugs. “Mine was all finished, and ready to be set up before we left. Faith was supposed to hand out my cupcakes and hang up my flyers last Monday.” she says.

Bianca has to smile at this. she had been homecoming queen and was running for prom queen as well. it really wasn’t a big deal to her, but she and Quinn competed a lot at school. it never meant anything, but Quinn was serious about being a queen.

Quinn jumped up and turned around. “BIANCA! WHAT THE HËLL ARE YOU DOING?”

Bianca shrugs. “I have no idea. you ever get that feeling like you need to do something stupid? or you just really want to do something, BeCuAsE you wonder what would happen?” she asks. “I really feel like I need to open this door. I don’t know why.” she says calmly.

Quinn sat down slowly. “Close it. Now. You’re gonna kill yourself, fly out of the bus. I don’t want that to happen.” She looked back, waiting for her to close it. She locked eyes with Josh for half a second, but then looked at Bianca.

Bianca was so freakin curious though...... she started to open the door. she looked back quickly. then shut it. “I need to do something.....” she complains, sitting on top of a seat.

Quinn turned around. “Nothing. I don’t want to get into this right now, Bianca.”

Bianca shrugged. “ok.” the she disappeared from view. the bus slowed as they came to a stop light, and Bianca stood up, waving to the amazed cars around her. you could see kids taking out their phones to take a picture. “WhOoOoo!” she cheered, dancing a little.

taya screamed again, waking up. she breathed heavily, drenched in sweat. “Am I alive?” she says, feeling her arms and legs.

She shouted, “EVERYBODY REMAIN CALM! I HAVE THE BUS! Liv, Josh, Sailor. Help Cole. Bianca. Just do what you can. We’ll be at the school in two minutes.”

sailor didn’t feel good and she slowly didn’t remember much because she was loosing her hydration from all the crying. she laid down next to cole on her knees

Quinn said calmly, “Okay. We’re going to the school first. Then we’ll call an ambulance so everybody will be where they need to be. Cole will be fine.”

Bianca frowns. just do what she can? what did that mean?” she yelled to Quinn. “Quinn! take a left!” remembering here the hospital was from previous experiences.

“We can’t go to the school first. Cole could die Quinn!”

sailor was confused and didn’t know what was happening.

Bianca looks at Quinn. “Sailor should stay. liv should stay too. we should all stay. we’re all in this together.” she says. “AUGH. I just recited highschool musical.” she says.

“okay” sailor said in a whisper to taya. “what do i do?” she asked taya.

taya got some water. “sailor, drink this, it’ll help clear your head.”

“okay she said spilling a little bit on herself because she was unsteady of the shaky bus.

Quinn raised an eyebrow and zoomed off to the hospital. “No time for jokes. This will take 5 minutes. Keep him hydrated. Get him on a 3 seater.”

taya helped keep her steady. “breath sailor. not at the same time as your drinking.”

Bianca glares. “not a joke. an observation.” she helps cole into the seat. “who made her captain of the bus.” she said, way to quiet for Quinn to hear.

Sailor drank the water slowing taking breathes in between.

Bianca rolls her eyes where Quinn can’t see. she opens the door for the paramedics that rush out. he fainted while we were on our drive back.

okay skip ahead: the paramedics brought him to a room and he’s lying in a bed still asleep but breathing.

the paramedics lift cole onto a stretcher. “move out of the way!” they say as they cart him down. Bianca follows behind them, answering questions they ask. taya helps sailor stand and get into the hospital.

The doctors come out and say he’s fine hes just in a small coma for a day or so. He’ll be fine but will not wake up yet.

taya comforts sailor. “he’s gonna wake up! see!” // Bianca is answering questions at the front desk.

Quinn has used the hospital door to call her parents. They were on their way, and so were reporters. (perks of having a horrible experience every week and a famous father)

“yay” sailor says weakly and quietly.

Bianca sighs. “yes. Bianca is my name. Bianca Dodson.”

The reporter rushed in with her assistant reporters, and they started bombarding the students with questions. Quinn’s parents came in, and Quinn ran to them, and hugged them. She said something that made them laugh, then she said something else that made them frown. She pointed to the room where Cole was in and they sighed. Her dad said something. Quinn nodded, and turned to her friends and foes. “My dad says he’d be happy to take anybody home who would like a ride. He brought the giant limo.” She smiled softly. “Does anybody want to go home? Cole’s parents are coming. He’s safe here.”

Bianca shakes her head. “no thanks. I’m waiting for my mom.” she says, sitting in a chair.

taya smiles. “maybe. let me call my parents.” she says, suing the hospital phone. she calls her parents. (I remix that info) and goes back to Quinn. “No. I’m good. moms sending a driver.” a nurse comes over and says “Can we check out that cute on your back? we need to make sure it’s not infected.” she goes with them. “see you later?” she asks.

Bianca actually had no idea if her mom was even in town. she travels a lot. but she would not feel comfortable in a car with Quinn.

Quinn’s mom waves at Bianca, and her dad gives the “sup” head nod. They were busy and had to go soon. Quinn called, “Ok. Last call!”

(why wouldn’t Bianca feel comfortable, Quinn saved her life, and tried talking to her. She basically saved everybody too. Like... 😂)

a man in a business suit walks in, like he’s on a mission. he walks up to Quinn’s parents. “Hi. I’m Chester Dodson. have you seen a Bianca around here?” He asks. (brb, have to take dog out)

Quinn’s dad tilted his head sideways. “Chester? Hey! I’m actually Quinn’s dad. Bianca is over there.” He points and grins. He had won the game, so he was in an especially good mood.

Sailor says “no thanks my parents have been informed and on their way, thank you though Quinn!” sailor says. She hopes her parents get here soon to comfort her.

Quinn smiles. “I’ll be right back mom,” she says, then walks to Bianca. “I hope there are no hard feelings. You know, I did try to talk to you. I’ll see you at school, but let me know if you wanna talk about it.” She half smiles and walks over to her parents, and Bianca’s dad.

Sailor’s mom&dad shows up and her mom rushers past not even seeing sailor. She rushes to the doctor and asks “where’s my son, COLE!??” sailor felt mixed feelings. she was hurt but saw her dad walk in a scan for her. She zOoMeD out of her seat to her dad and hugged the heck out of him.. it felt good.

another suited dude came in. taya fist bumped him. “What’s up George. your my ride right?” she says. “did you bring a change of clothes? these are bleck.”

Sailor’s mom rushed to cole and hugged him and was relieved but still worried about him. Sailor and her dad went to her mom an cole and liv. They all hugged.

Bianca smiles. “You sound like a dad. let me guess, you couldn’t understand the app.” her dad scowls. “Not my fault it’s not simple anymore.” he grumbles.

someone comes in the doors, and taya’s hospital gown flutters up. she holds it down. “George? clothes?” George shakes his head. “I’m sorry miss brooks. I did not bring you any.” she sighs.

“Sailor needs to get rest so her dad takes her home. Cole&Sailor’s mom get a chance to talk to liv.

Sailor walks out and hears taya. “hey taya i have some clothes my mom brought i’m not going to wear. want them?” she offers to taya

taya smiles. “do I ever. George here is failing at his job.” she Laughs. George keeps a straight face.

josh looked up and smiled “hey Quinn” he said rubbing his head

taya changes. “much better. I take them home and wash them. I’ll have them to you when we go back to school. ok?”

liv stood up and smiled as sailor and coles family re United. she felt weird and don’t know if she should leave.

Quinn tilted her head sideways. “Are you ok?”

josh fake smiled “yeah just..” he said looking for the word “a little confused and stressed”
