trying to keep your mind off stuff in the summer is really hard and i totally understand - lately i’ve been reading books, playing minecraft (it can actually be really relaxing hehe) and making a countless number of playlists

ive been going to the library a lot to rent out some movies ! bike riding in the morning is also nice and refreshing

go to a library or a cafe that you like? or get more into some hobby’s like I love painting so I do that a lot over the summer! or you could obviously go to the pool if you enjoy swimming but I think finding and doing a hobby is a really good thing to do
