if it was a love triangle, Draco liked both, but Ivy had to move, so she left England and moved to America

exactly but had a found a husband

and had kids with her husband which happen to be Sofia and Josh's cousin on their mums side

then her husband died and she came back to England to be with her family and ended up running into Draco

and Sofia. then Sofia died in a few days, and Draco and Ivy were both SUPER sad because she was Ivy's best friend

exactly but she was still unsure but married Draco's brother instead

yeah... she didn't actually marry him, they were just engaged

she was super sad but dracos brother didn't care. he just thought she was pretty

and she was crying, and Draco comforted her and loved her for who she really was

so she broke the engagement but was still torn because she didn't want to hurt Sofia for marrying her husband
