Back to the dots, I suppose. This time I did them PC only and with the brand new 50 scrap limit! π± YAY! I ended up using almost 150 scraps I think. It took 1 and a half hours. I woke up early this morning to do this. π

Well for the outline I basically just click the border option and it does it for you. But thank you for the feedback and the nice comment. It's means a lot :)
Haha π I forgot you could add borders and put effects on a collage π I actually found a cool thing in effects that you've probably find but it makes your picture black and white and you can draw on it to get the color back and it's kinda cool
