Best answer so far: a theatre student named Frankie who stared at one broken bulb for hours when she was eight. đź’ˇ
a genuine smile. you rarely see those these days
well, I don’t think I can come up with one solid answer for you. but I will say that this question prompted me to scroll through my camera roll to see what I’d find and then I cried from all of the happy memories. ✨ there are so many pretty things in life, and it’s far too easy to look right past them. ♥️
i took a road trip through the rocky mountains this summer, and frank sinatra was playing as i got my first glimpse! it was pretty perfect
umm, for me, it was a bottle of water, half in a ray of sunlight with the water within sparkling and half having mixed colors of blue and brown and pink(from the wall behind it)
when even half empty was beautiful :)
I’m a sucker for pretty things. I believe I seem so see “the prettiest thing I have ever seen” about a hundred times each day. Too difficult to decide on just one thing. Perhaps I can give you a top 8 (in no particular order) 1) my significant other’s laugh. 2) my baby sister. 3) the Rocky Mountains, which I am blessed enough to reside in. 4) the sky. 5) the ocean (almost didn’t make the list because I’m a little unsure if “pretty” is the correct adjective. can you think something is pretty and also terrifying?) 6) Marlene’s garden (a friend of my grandmother’s who passed away not long ago. her garden was her child, and her main source of joy. it was quite pretty indeed and the way she looked at it and talked about it will forever be with me. it also had a koi pond, and so, so much love). 7) the sunrise on November 19th, 2018. 8) the way light works, I suppose (it’s general, and all encompassing I hope)
