ahh it has been so long. I’m so so glad that you are doing better 😊 it definitely is important to focus on the present rather than the future, isn’t it? the future is such a daunting place.
am I doing pretty good as well :) just like you, I have some rough days here and there but most of them are good and I’m very grateful for that :)
