it is always worth it to stay alive no matter how hard life gets. i care- so please remember to stay safe!! nothing is permanent and things can always change and it is worth it to wait for things that make you miserable to get better. i love you all so much

ok sorry i messed up the spacing on that last bit but aNYwaY this is from a really good organization called hope for the day and uhh go support them if you can they do good things to prevent suicide and talk about mental health and stuff
