I have the same thing, except I taste colors and sounds
oh I’ve heard of that before
I’ve always pronounced it “ sin- the- shiah”
there was this one book I read in fifth grade about a girl who had synesthesia, I forgot what it’s called but I know the author is named Wendy
for her, her brain mixed sounds with colors so for example her best friends name was peppermint green
