maybe a project to encourage people to stay or join, or a pic collage welcome committee for new collagers? I’m sure if we created a collage sign up for new collagers to sign up they could sign up for like a pc welcome “tour” or that sort of thing, possibly “classes” for new collages to experiment with different collage styles?

get to know more people, do some activities in which involves, pc community has to know others, I like the idea of welcome committee for new collagers

That sounds like a great idea. I'd do shoutouts to get new users more followers and post peoples collages (with permision) on a big insta account or make one and tell pc people the password so they can add their collages
