Don't worry if it was long. I understand how you're feeling and you're not being selfish AT ALL. Going to therapy is not about how bad your problem is but about guidance. I do recommend going, at least a few times till you feel strong enough to take the rest all by yourself 😌 I won't say anything on your fam situation for I haven't been through any and can't teally relate, but I think (about the boy now) that sometimes is better to slowly let go. I'm not saying you have to push him out pf your life, but realize that he doesn't occupy the place he used to and that that's okay. 🌸
