I am happy now I posted about it haha if it helps to let people know that this exists i am willing to talk about it. Well, I think I was around 15 or 16 when I started to notice something was wrong, but I didint know whatit was for a long time. And I dont know how how much time passed that I learned about social anxiety. I recognised a lot of it and thought yeah this is it but not that extreme. But yeah, so then when I went to the psychologist they told me its avoidant personality disorder. I am happy ai know know and I can work on it to overcome it cause I believe you can. I hope you arent in sich a nad situation as I am! But I would advise you to maybe like see for sure bc it is better to solve it as soon as possible when you are young it is easier. If you have questions just ask!
