re: I know it is, and I know telling you that they're irrational won't help because you're smart so you already know that. Just try to give yourself little reminders whenever you have negative thoughts. Counter them by thinking of something you're good at, or remembering good times you've had with your friends. Intrusive thoughts don't go away easily, but we can learn to cope with them. I hope you find a method that works for you. 💖
