Chiaki x Hajime! When Hajime turned into Izuru, Chiaki literally used her last moment of life to try and save him.
but then she like....rip...but anyways, Izuru, despite having no memory of her still mourned her death plus kept her hair-thingie. While he showed no care in anyone else, he did to her.
and to conclude my little rant, I will mention the scene where Hajime (at the end of Danganronpa 3) was imagining Chiaki was next to him (since she was the only one who didn't survive)...
