I make the backgrounds on PC using the Clip tool (hexagon shape)... the transparents are a bit more tricky, but I either use transparents from We Heart It or draw my own on PicsArt, then lay them over whatever I want the background to be and cut them out either in a CutOut app (so I can post them on We Heart it) or just clip them on PC. Then I do the text in PC. I could do a tutorial in parts of you want...
