ok so here it is. A while back I may or may not have made a fusion of Raph and Casey and I'm sorta kinda re-making it. I need help with the outfit design. So I was hoping you guys could help. Because I have no fashion sense. The End

Really, I just need help on character design. so if you guys have any ideas to help on this, or maybe even another fusion, I'd love it if you two could help.

Ok so first off, I'm not very good at the creativity in character design (hence the fact that I don't have any OCs), but since I have guidelines based on how they look I might be able to help you. :3
