not really, there is a way to get a shiny of EVERY 723 POKEMON!! u just have to work hard and have determination

I forgot all about horde hunting
just have a Pokemon use sewaet scent and then run away from the horde and reapeat the proces until u find ur self a shiny (dos not work in the rain)
if got every shiny and ever normal colour (no cheats)
